Volunteers bring a positive and highly motivated spirit that rubs off on the residents/clients, making a significant difference in their lives.
Volunteering contributes to the community’s welfare, while others volunteer to gain experience in many areas.
Volunteers at Cabanda Care range in age from 16 to 85 years. Duties are available to suit males and females of any age group.
Volunteers carry out a variety of duties at Cabanda Care. Volunteers assist by leading and participating in music, craft and leisure activities, reading to residents, playing games like cards, scrabble or bingo, visiting and talking to residents, driving the community bus, delivering Meals on Wheels and even assisting in the Cabanda Coffee Shop.
Cabanda Care involves volunteers in meaningful and valuable activities contributing to the organisation’s work outcomes. Whatever time and effort a volunteer can provide will always be appreciated.
You can call Cabanda Care’s reception and request a Volunteer’s Information Kit at 59 John Street Rosewood, or call us on 5464 2392.
