Our facility has well maintained gardens and spacious outdoor areas with flat walking paths. We provide single air-conditioned rooms with their own ensuite, TV, phone, electric bed, and nurse call system. Residents can personalise their rooms and families are welcome to provide a comfortable chair, a small fridge and items from the resident’s home. We want our residents to be as comfortable as possible. We have 24 hour access for visitors. Our Dementia Care Unit has staff who have had specific dementia training. We offer specialised equipment for mobility, showers and over toilets. Our venue is fully fire compliant with a sprinkler system installed in all areas.
What We Support
We pride ourselves in supporting the community the best way we can. We purchase most supplies from local businesses. We offer guest speaking at local organisations. We support our local newspaper, as well as local schools and offer school based traineeships. We also offer students of training organisations to gain on the job experience. We are involved with local churches, charities and other organisations.
We participate in community events including Rosewood Show and Lions Street Carnival. We are also supported by a lot of locals organisations such as Bendigo Community Bank, Lions Club and Quilter’s Club.
